When you call Prism, a professional, uniformed electrician arrives on site with a fully-stocked van ready to immediately begin troubleshooting or repair. Specialty tools and equipment including infrared cameras and a fleet of bucket trucks are easily accessible when required. Our service technicians are experienced professionals electricians at the journeyman level or above. The technicians are supported by customer service managers who provide budgeting, estimating and customer service. The organized dispatch staff ensures all customers receive prompt attention. Process.During business hours, the dispatcher takes your service call and provides an assessment of cost and arrival timeframe. You are then assigned to either your preferred electrician or to the technician closest to your location, based on your preference. Prism’s service team is available for your needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
