Estimating

Prism’s team offers full-scale estimating services. Prism will provide detailed estimates including an itemized scope of work and budget at specific project milestones.

Each estimate will include:

1. A complete price breakdown with a list of all qualifications and assumptions;
2. Documentation outlining all changes to project design and scope; and
3. Information about any potential scope gaps, delays or areas that could impact the budget and schedule.

At each phase, Prism will show the budget impact for all changes to the design since the previous estimate for reconciliation purposes. The Prism team is flexible and will work with the entire project team to ensure the timing and format of the information provided meets with the satisfaction of all project team members.
