A few simple steps can lead to a family member, friend or professional colleague joining the Prism family and you’ll receive a referral bonus! 

Easy as 1-2-3

  1. Referral must fully complete an online application and include the name of current Prism employee that is referring them under “Referral Source”.
  2. Current referring employee must email Prism’s Recruiting Department, recruiting@prismelectric.comto make them aware your referral has completed an online application. 
  3. The referral must successfully complete 90-days with Prism Electric.
