Our congratulations go out to the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas and the entire project team involved on their Third Bed Tower project. The project achieved the world’s first LEED for Healthcare Platinum Certification.
LEED elements from the project included sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality. This is the second record-breaking LEED achievement for the hospital, which was the first hospital to receive LEED Platinum in 2008.
Prism provided electrical contractor services. The project was designed by Polkinghorn Group Architects and constructed by The Beck Group.
