From July 14th through 21st, 15 Prism employees took part in a Job Site Leadership course provided by the Construction Education Foundation. The class provides an introduction to the skills and concepts necessary to effectively manage individuals and teams. The course places particular emphasis on communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, team organization and trust building.
Prism employees Mario Campos and Manny Aguilar were recognized for exemplary contributions to the course; Mario for outstanding proactivity, attitude and team spirit. Manny was recognized for setting a high standard for leadership by example through his detailed and helpful discussion of supervisory responsibilities and challenges.
