The open position is a Construction Project Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This position is responsible for overseeing the total electrical construction effort on commercial projects to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes proposals, interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, security, etc. This position plans, coordinates and/or supervises field activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s); authorizes/approves all project purchase requisitions, change requests, etc.; ensures all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to, and may need to interpret policies as required; maintains official project log and documentation files. Other duties include assisting with implementation/interpretation of safety programs; providing direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years electrical construction management experience for an electrical contractor working on commercial construction projects. Position requires excellent communications skills and supervisory skills of field construction personnel.
