Overview

Powering a 1.1 Million Square Foot Retail & Distribution Experience

This 1.1 million square foot Nebraska Furniture Mart project combined large-scale warehouse operations with an expansive retail environment, requiring a highly coordinated electrical and low-voltage buildout. The scope included a full tenant improvement and early turnover of a new data center to support critical operations.

Approximately 250 prefabricated distribution and branch panels were installed and integrated with the existing main switchgear, delivering efficient, reliable power across the facility.

The project featured 900 high-bay fixtures and over three miles of track lighting, all controlled through a multi-zone N-Light system to support both operational efficiency and retail presentation.

A complete low-voltage backbone supports pricing systems, wireless access points, security, cameras, and data—coordinated across CMU and metal stud construction.

Conduit and infrastructure for the fire alarm backbone were installed, with system delivery managed through a dedicated subcontractor.
