Overview

450,000 SF in a corporate campus that includes 2000A 277/480V 3PH service to each of three buildings, two garages, and extensive site work built over 12 months. Each of the three buildings was designed and equipped with an Emergency Standby Generator. The extensive site work consisted of 2,000 feet of Communication Duct Bank and 1/4 acre Pond with exterior lighting along all walkways. For the safety of all employees and visitors, Emergency Call stations were installed in all parking lots.
