Austin Marriot Downtown

Overview

The Austin Marriott downtown hotel consists of 30-stories, 588-rooms and three levels of below grade parking. In addition, this project includes 60,000 sq.ft. of meeting and convention space. Completely prefabricated exterior skin panels were used to create the skin’s first layer of waterproofing and temporary weather seal to protect the building upon installation. Prism provided design-assist services on this fast track schedule.
