Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – Pflugerville Hospital Expansion

Overview

This multi-phase project includes a major expansion and renovation across several key areas of the hospital:

• Level 1: Upgraded and expanded the Emergency Department, including new CT Scan, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiology spaces.

• Level 2: Added a new Cath Lab, IR Lab, and expanded Sterile Processing to support Operating Room growth.

• Level 4: Built a vertical expansion to add 25 Universal Care patient rooms, enhancing overall capacity and care delivery.

• Roof: Relocated all existing rooftop equipment to make way for new construction.

To support these additions, we extended all major power systems—including Normal, Critical, Equipment, and Life Safety Power—into each new area, ensuring safe and reliable operation across the expanded facility.
