Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – Pflugerville Hospital MC Clinic (MOB)

Overview

This ground-up project includes the construction of a new three-story, 75,000 sq. ft. Medical Office Building for Baylor Scott & White. Levels 1 and 2 feature full interior buildouts, while Level 3 is delivered as core and shell, ready for future development.

Our electrical scope includes a new 3000-amp service from the utility provider and extending generator-backed emergency power from the existing system to support critical operations. We also installed the telecom pathway infrastructure and riser system from the utility easement to support future data and communication needs.
