Overview

This new construction is a 6-story clinic and office building at Parkland Health & Hospital System’s Dallas campus. This addition is built on part of a two-block stretch previously used for parking. The clinic is 540,000 sf and home to the hospital’s new comprehensive breast care center located on the first floor. The upper floors are dedicated to administrative operations.
