Overview

THR is a ground up construction hospital focusing on acute care in Frisco, Texas. The campus is comprised of a 335,000 sq.ft. hospital including a 24/7 emergency room, surgical services, women’s services, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), a 120,000 sq.ft. medical office building containing 105 exam rooms, 4 level parking garage at 215,000 sq.ft., and a 13,000 sq.ft. CUP. Services provided include ground up construction of a hospital, MOB, central utility plant, and garage accompanied with design-assist and heavy Pre-Fabrication.
