The Epic 1 & 2

Overview

This downtown Dallas project located in the heart of Deep Ellum consists of two phases of commercial Class-A office towers. The neighborhood of this project is characterized by a zero lot line site and is a mixed-use project combining office, multi-family, retail and a boutique hotel. Both these projects were delivered on-time and utilized an open-book budget tracking.

Phase I: This is a 251,000 SF, 18-story core and shell office building plus a 7-level parking garage. The 7th floor has a year-round rooftop deck that offers views of the Downtown Dallas and meeting space areas.

Phase II: This 500,000SF office tower consists of a 23-story office building with a 1,000 SF, 6-level parking garage (1,455 spaces) with two additional below grade. The project completed within a 30-month schedule”
