Overview

This project includes a new 16-story, 217,000-square-foot hotel and spa facility, featuring 302 guest rooms along with luxury spa amenities.

Power Distribution

The electrical scope includes a 3000-amp, 277/480V switchboard feeding 56 panelboards and 17 transformers ranging from 75 kVA to 112.5 kVA, supporting the building’s full electrical load.

Lighting System

High-end architectural light fixtures were installed throughout the facility, providing a premium aesthetic. Lighting is managed by an ETC control system, offering flexible and sophisticated control capabilities across all areas.
