“Prism Electric recently completed the installation of a new 15Kv S&C switch and related 15Kv feeders. This work involved replacing an existing underground switch, running a new feeder to the main distribution pole, new feeders for 2 other buildings and running a new main feeder to the rest of the campus for a total of 1,300 L.F. 4/0 cable. Prism also provided and connected a SOOKW (600KVA) generator with SOOKVA step up transformer to allow temporary power to the college’s overhead lines. Prism was selected based on qualifications and based on other recommendations given. From start to finish the project was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. The end result was a quality project that was well planned, completed on schedule and within budget. Contingency money was built into the cost but not needed. I can say without hesitation that I feel very comfortable in recommending Prism Electric for any projects large or small and would not hesitate to use them again.”
