Charlton Methodist ICU Renovation

Renovation and upgrade of all electrical systems. This project is taking place in a fully operational hospital with highly coordinated redundancy systems and tie ins.

Baylor Sammons Cancer Center

This project included shell construction and finish out of the new Cancer Center along with remodelling and renovating a 100-plus-year-old existing Collins Hospital. The Baylor Sammons Collins project required the integration of the two existing 250,000 SF inpatient care buildings with a new 500,000 SF outpatient cancer center. The project earned LEED Gold certification.

Parkland WISH

Ground up construction of the Women’s and Infants Specialty Hospital. The 135,000 SF facility will have a direct connection to the new Parkland hospital, as well as its own entrance to increase patient privacy. Nogales Produce Headquarters

Concurrent renovation and upgrade to offices and all warehouse lighting, power and mechanical system power. A major portion of work involved changing the 10-cooler and freezer cooling system for the warehouse powered with a new 1,600A emergency switch board.

Park Lane

New construction mixed-use development including 750,000 sf retail, 336,000 sf office, 500,000 sf residential and 200-room hotel on 33 acres.  

Good Shepherd Episcopal School

New construction elementary school. This project is certified LEED Silver.

Ursuline Academy Arts Building

New construction of 69,000 sf LEED project with 2,000 amp utility SeNice. Relocated two utility SeNice transformers, added a SeNice tap can to re-feed five separate building feeds within one week to reduce normal power loss to school before teachers and students returned.

Da Vinci School

New construction of a 20,730 SF single story building with solar panels, wind turbine and renewable energy. This project is certified LEED Gold.
