Choctaw Casino Resort Expansion

This project included the fast track renovation of the south casino gaming area within two months. Additional aspects of the project include a pool bar, theater, hotel tower on the north side of the property and a renovation of the north casino gaming area.

Dell Children’s Third Bed Tower Addition

This project consists of an 82,000 SF addition to the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas in Austin. The project was completed in the operational facility. The end project achieved LEED Platinum for Healthcare – the first project in the nation to achieve such designation.
